Cancellation & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our cancellation and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of product receipt. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process described below.

Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all original items included.
- Must be returned along with the proof of purchase.
Return Process
1. Email contact@terranovawatches.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once confirmed, you will receive the return shipping address.
3. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Exceptions
- Opened, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it following the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Payment at the Time of Pre-Order
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to guarantee product reservation.
- The amount paid for the pre-order is non-refundable after 7 days, following our return policy.
- Customers may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing the order, as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, according to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page.
- If there are any delays in production or shipping, the customer will be notified via email.
Pre-Order Cancellation
- Cancellations can be requested within 7 days of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

Pre-Order Product Returns
- Pre-ordered products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, following our return policy.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Exceptions
- We do not accept returns for pre-order products that have been opened or used.
Defective Pre-Order Products
