Effective from the date of purchase, TERRANOVA extends a 12-month warranty for your watch, subject to the terms outlined in this warranty document. The TERRANOVA international warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery. To activate the warranty, please contact the TERRANOVA support in the e-mail: garantia@terranovawatches.com.
During the warranty period, upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any covered defects repaired free of charge. Please note that shipping costs may apply.
In the event that your TERRANOVA watch cannot be restored to normal functioning, TERRANOVA ensures its replacement with an identical or similar model, subject to availability. The warranty for the replacement watch remains valid for 12 months from the date of replacement.
